As a former mortgage operations specialist, Clack gained experience in auditing, bookkeeping, and operations before joining the Hunt Institute. Her studies at both Connecticut Business Institute and Wake Technical Community College added to her accounting and organizational skills. Clack has balanced ledger accounts, journalized entries, processed daily deposits, provided training for guest services agents in the hotel industry, and reconciled credit accounts. Additionally, during her three years at Wright Investor Service in Connecticut, she was responsible for training new employees for an international subsidiary.
