Hunt Institute Urges DOE to Create Real, Measurable Reform

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) stimulus funds provide an unprecedented opportunity to strengthen the nation's economy by improving its schools. If implemented well, these reforms will pay dividends for decades to come in the form of stronger schools, more effective teachers, and a better-educated citizenry and workforce. The Coalition for Student Achievement, which includes the Hunt Institute, is urging Secretary Arne Duncan to follow through with the promise of systemic education reform and measurable results through the ARRA.
