Guy Cheatham

Associate Policy Analyst

Guy Cheatham joined the Hunt Institute as the Associate Policy Analyst in July 2018. In this role, he conducts research and analysis on relevant education policy issues. Before taking this role, Guy worked for the Institute as a Research Intern, where he tracked education legislation and political developments in Virginia and for the Hunt-Kean Leadership Fellows.

Prior to his time at the Institute Guy worked as a State Government Relations Intern for McGuireWoods Consulting in their Richmond office. Guy holds a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from Hampden-Sydney College and a General Course Degree for the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Guy played college golf for Hampden-Sydney and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Sigma Nu Fraternity.
